Terms of Sale and Use

Last updated 20 October 2026

Your Crunchy Mom Friend is a trade name of Above Our Love LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). Questions: [email protected]. You must be 18 or older to buy from us.

What you're buying

We sell digital products: guides you read in your browser, online courses, live or group calls with Mel, and any add-on you choose at checkout or on the page after it. When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for as long as we offer it. If we ever retire a product you bought, we'll email you at least 30 days before.

Your links and logins are for you and your household. Please don't share them, resell or copy the content, or upload it to AI tools. Some courses may be hosted on another platform; that platform's own terms also apply when you use it.

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars, plus any sales tax shown at checkout. You can pay in full or, where we offer it, in the number of payments shown at checkout. A payment plan is an agreement to pay the full price in parts, not a subscription: the first payment is charged at checkout, the rest are charged automatically on the dates shown, and the plan ends after the last payment.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Your card statement will show YOURCRUNCHYMOMFRIEND.

Your saved card

When you pay, Stripe keeps your card on file so we can charge it for the remaining payments of a payment plan, and for anything you choose to add on the page after checkout, at the price shown there, in one click. We don't charge it for anything else without asking you. You'll get an email receipt for every charge.

Missed payments

If a plan payment fails, Stripe tries again and we email you. If it still can't be collected, access to that product is removed until the plan is paid up. We don't charge late fees or interest.

Delivery

Guides open right after payment, and we email the link to the address you give at checkout. For courses and calls, we email you the access or booking details. If an email doesn't arrive or a link stops working, write to us and we'll send a new one.

Live calls and coaching

Calls with Mel are a place to share experience and information. They aren't medical, therapy or other professional services, and no professional relationship is created. Group calls may be recorded and shared with the group. We can't refund a call you miss; if we have to cancel one, we'll reschedule it.

Refunds

Because our products are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds for a change of mind. If you were charged twice, were charged by mistake, or can't get access and we can't fix it, contact us and we'll put it right. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of where you live.

About the content

Our products share Mel's own experience and the research she has read, for information only. Mel is a mother, not a doctor, midwife or other licensed professional, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Every family is different, so we can't promise any particular result. You make the decisions for your family.

Questions about a charge

If something looks wrong on your statement, please write to us first; we fix billing mistakes quickly. If you dispute a charge with your bank, we may share proof of your purchase and access with them.

The site

All text, photos, guides and courses on this site belong to us or are used with permission. We may update the site and our products.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in place when you bought applies to that purchase, and we'll email buyers about any important change.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Disputes and law

If you have a problem, please write to us first and give us 30 days to put it right. If we can't, either of us may bring a claim in small claims court, or otherwise in the state or federal courts in Wyoming. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, except where the law of your country gives you protections that can't be waived.
